Lose weight by taking the time to eat well and drink water

An essential point to lose weight easily without huge sacrifices: take the time to eat!

Indeed, chewing and the fact of integrating food slowly are linked to the feeling of satiety.
The feeling of satiety is the state of a person whose hunger is completely satisfied.
Our brain feels the feeling of satiety from about 20 minutes. In short, eating too quickly causes you to eat beyond your nutritional needs.
The solution is to eat slowly while being aware of the foods you eat, we call it “eating mindfully”. This allows us to relearn how to recognize this feeling of satiety to prevent the compulsions that make us eat more and beyond our needs.

To drink a lot of water

Drinking plenty of water allows the elimination and acceleration of the metabolism. The ideal would be for you to be able to drink 2L of water a day, we know it's very difficult but it really makes a difference in the quest for your dream figure.

This reduces the feeling of hunger because the feeling of thirst is easily confused with the feeling of hunger. Since drinking water speeds up the metabolism, you burn more calories more easily.

Little tip:
Drink before the meal, it will reduce your appetite and therefore eat less.
