Natural ways to reduce belly fat after childbirth

 Leave all fried dish aside and switch to fruit dishes. Fruits are good for breakfast. Fat and belly will disappear.  

Exercise for Belly Fat

 Lie down straight on the mat or yoga mat. Let the palms touch the floor. Lift both legs 2-3 inches apart without bending. After few minutes, lower your legs and rest. Then do the exercise again. Repeat this 5 times. Do it on an empty stomach, morning and evening. Doing this regularly will reduce the belly fat.

Simple Ways to Reduce Belly Fat

* Twice a week, include beets in your diet.

* Put cumin in drinking water and drink it as drinking water.

* Eat only when hungry. If not hungry wait until hungry.

* Avoid polished rice, maida.

* avoid sweets, ice cream, soft drinks, cold water, pocket foods, artificial juices, ready-made foods.

* Lips should be closed when eating any food. close your lips and chew well. 

* For those who have a habit of chewing and eating well, no fat will be added.
